This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Molao. The app helps users create and view day-count cards for important dates, including countdowns to future dates and count-ups from memorable past dates.
Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, the app does not require an account and is designed around information stored and processed on your device.

- event names, important dates, countdown or count-up direction, repeat rules, reminder settings, and display preferences;
- card themes, cover choices, widget settings, and other personalization choices;
- photos or images that you choose from your device to use as a card cover.
Please avoid adding sensitive personal information to event names or other optional text unless it is necessary for your own use.
3. Device Permissions
If you enable reminders, the app may ask for notification permission so your device can show reminders at the times you set. If you add a custom cover image, the app may request access to photos so you can select an image.
Photo access is used for the cover image feature. The app does not need to upload your photo library to provide this function.
4. How We Use Information
Information is used to provide and maintain the app's features, including:
- creating, displaying, updating, and saving your day-count cards;
- showing countdowns, count-ups, repeat dates, reminders, cover images, themes, and widgets;
- delivering in-app purchase content and restoring supported purchase results;

5. Purchases and Platform Services
The app may offer in-app purchases through the App Store, such as coins, themes, skins, stickers, or similar digital items. Payments are processed by Apple and the App Store. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card number, payment password, or similar payment credentials.
To deliver purchased content, restore supported purchase results, or respond to purchase-related support requests, limited purchase status, product identifiers, transaction results, and basic device or app information may be processed.

The app or platform services may process basic technical information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports, diagnostics, and general app operation data. This information helps maintain app stability and resolve technical issues. We do not use this information for cross-app tracking.

Your date cards, reminder choices, theme preferences, and selected cover images are generally stored on your device until you delete them, uninstall the app, clear device data, or the operating system removes the data.
Records related to purchases, diagnostics, or support may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
9. Your Choices
You can manage notification and photo permissions in your device settings. You can also delete date cards or change reminder settings in the app. Disabling certain permissions may limit reminders, cover images, widgets, or similar features, but basic date recording may remain available.
